We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new lingerie; if the fit isn't perfect, you can return any item within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid or standard shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
